I’m an experienced and knowledgeable Flute Teacher with a Master of Music degree from Louisiana State University. I have over 30 years of successful teaching experience as a music educator and private instructor in Louisiana.
ABOUT ME
I always knew I wanted to work as a music educator since I have a fierce love of working with students and sharing my passion for music with them. I’ve had plenty of experience working with flutists of all levels and skills - from beginners to more advanced students. No matter who I’m teaching, I thrive on seeing my students grow and develop as they discover what they can achieve.

PREPARING FOR HONOR BAND AUDITIONS
Customized to Fit Your Needs
When you sign up for my Honor Band Audition class, you will receive individualized instruction on how to prepare for auditions, including strategies for practicing the prepared etudes and scales as well as sight reading. This instruction includes LMEA All-State, district, and parish honor band auditions for high school students, as well as audition preparation for All-Youth, All-Star, Middle School, and Junior High Honor Bands.
